Workshop Overview<\/h5>\n

Section 222 of the\u00a0Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR)<\/i>\u00a0specifies the conditions that render a study permit invalid. Although not widely known, this section is crucial for advisors working with international students. It governs, among other things, the consequences of completing studies, withdrawal, or non-compliance with the conditions of the designated institution. This training aims to clarify the issues related to this section, identify the concrete impacts on managing student files, and better equip practitioners in their support role, while promoting a compliant and proactive approach.<\/p>\n
