Collaboration and engagement are central to CBIE’s work. Through our member community, CBIE creates trusted spaces for peer-to-peer learning where practitioners exchange practical insights, share emerging practices, and support one another in advancing international education across Canadian institutions.
CBIE Community Hub
Exclusive to CBIE members, the Hub supports our community in sharing best practices and building resources to strengthen the Canadian international education sector. Create your CBIE account and start networking in public forums like the Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) or privately using the messaging system. Get the latest news, job postings, and learn about upcoming events.
Regional Meetings
The CBIE Regional Meetings provide international education practitioners professional development, networking opportunities, and the occasion to address and discuss regional and provincial issues. The events occur annually in the spring across Canada.
Mentorship
The INTL Mentorship Program connects emerging and experienced leaders from coast to coast to coast. Over an eight-month period, participants build relationships across regions, creating meaningful opportunities for knowledge-sharing and professional growth. Mentors and mentees engage regularly throughout, and participants consistently describe the experience as rewarding and enriching, underscoring the value of building connections within the international education community.
